NFL holds 51st AGM; declares Rs 1.56 dividend per share

New Delhi: National Fertilizers Limited (NFL) conducted its 51st Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 29, through video conferencing and other audio-visual means.

Addressing the shareholders, NFL's Chairman and Managing Director (C&MD) Dr U Saravanan, shared updates on the company’s performance, new initiatives, and future growth plans. He also responded to shareholders’ queries during the session.

The Board of Directors approved a dividend of Rs 1.56 per share for the financial year ended March 31, reflecting the company’s sustained operational and financial performance.
