New Delhi: State-owned Power Grid said in a regulatory filing on Wednesday that it "acquired Dharamjaigarh Transmission Limited (DTL), the Project SPV to establish a transmission scheme for evacuation of 4.5GW RE injection at Khavda PS under Phase II- Part B, on build, own, operate and transfer (BOOT) basis from the Bid Process Coordinator - PFC Consulting Limited."
"The transmission system comprises the establishment of Bays extension works at two existing substations in the state of Chhattisgarh including the creation of 220kV Voltage. The transmission system is an Inter State Transmission System Project and is to be completed progressively by March 2025," it added.
"The entity was acquired with a net payment of about Rs 6.63 crores and the acquisition includes 10,000 equity shares at par at Rs 10 as on the acquisition date. However, the acquisition price is subject to adjustment as per the audited accounts of the company as on the acquisition date," it added.
