BDL concludes Vigilance Awareness Week

Hyderabad: Celebrations marking the conclusion of Vigilance Awareness Week – 2023 organized by Bharat Dynamics Limited (BDL) ended on a high note on Tuesday. Ravi Gupta, IPS, Director General, Anti-Corruption Bureau, Telangana delivered the keynote address on this year’s Vigilance Awareness theme, “Say no to corruption; commit to the Nation”, at the valedictory function held at BDL, Kanchanbagh unit, said the official statement by BDL.

“Chetana - 2023”, an annual newsletter published by Vigilance Department of BDL, was released by the chief guest Ravi Gupta in the presence of Commodore A Madhavarao (Retd), CMD, N Srinivasulu, Director (Finance), Dr Upender Vennam, IPoS, Chief Vigilance Officer, Girish Raghunath Pradhan (Retd), Executive Director (Kanchanbagh unit) and senior officials from BDL.

Competitions aimed to raise awareness about vigilance among BDL employees

Prizes were distributed to winners of competitions organized during the week. These competitions aimed to raise awareness about vigilance among BDL employees, their families and school students, the official release added.

During the week, a Vendors Meet was held, which was attended by over 160 representatives from various parts of the country. A walkathon was also organized to promote vigilance awareness among various segments of the society.
