HSL observed 9th International Day of Yoga

New Delhi: Hindustan Shipyard Limited (HSL) organised a seven Days Yoga camp from June 12 to June 18, 2023 and June 21, 2023 at the HSL residential colony in which simple and easy assans customized for people of all age group were practiced. Event was concluded on June 21 on International Day of Yoga, where a dedicated yoga session for company employees was organized to provide employees with an opportunity to experience the transformative power of yoga. More than 1000 employees have participated in Yoga campaign.

The event aimed to promote physical and mental well-being among employees and foster a healthy and positive work environment.

The event was concluded with inspiring words from C&MD, Cmde Hemant Khatri (IN, Retd). He said, “By organising events like the International Day of Yoga, we aim to provide our employees with tools and resources to prioritize their physical and mental health. We are delighted to see such enthusiastic participation and hope that event is successful in fostering a sense of unity, harmony, well-being among the employees and instill greater pride in us on being Citizens of India.”
