

New Delhi: RailTel Corporation of India Limited (RailTel), a Navratna Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Railways, held its 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on August 20, through video conferencing.

RailTel's Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) Sanjai Kumar addressed the AGM, where the company's Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26 was presented to shareholders.
Members of the RailTel Board, including V Rama Manohara Rao, Director (Finance); Manoj Tandon, Director (Project, Operations & Maintenance); Yashpal Singh Tomar, Director (Network Planning & Marketing); Ranjit Kumar, Government Nominee Director; Rajesh Gupta, Government Nominee Director; and Asha Sharma, Independent Director, were present at the meeting.

During the AGM, shareholders adopted the audited financial statements for the financial year ended March 31. The company also declared a final dividend of Rs 1.25 per share, equivalent to 12.5 percent of the paid-up equity share capital, for FY 2025-26.
