RailTel secures Rs 294.37 cr project from Tamil Nadu State Marketing Corp

New Delhi: State-owned RailTel Corporation of India Limited has bagged a work order worth Rs 294.37 crores from Tamil Nadu State Marketing Corporation (TASMAC). The project involves the implementation of an integrated solution that will enable end-to-end computerisation and connectivity of core and support functions of TASMAC for a duration of five years. The total contract value amounts to an impressive Rs 294.37 crore, inclusive of taxes.

Under the agreement, RailTel will leverage its expertise in telecom infrastructure services to ensure a comprehensive implementation of the integrated solution. This endeavor will enable TASMAC to optimize its core and support functions, thereby empowering the organisation to provide improved services to its stakeholders and customers.

By undertaking this project, RailTel aims to provide TASMAC with a robust technological infrastructure that will enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, and facilitate seamless connectivity across various functions.
