Rajendra Kumar Gupta will be new Director Finance of Cotton Corporation

New Delhi: PESB has recommended Rajendra Kumar Gupta for the post of new Director Finance of Cotton Corporation of India Limited. Currently, Gupta is working as the Chief General Manager of the same PSU. In a meeting of public sector head hunter body Public Enterprise Selection Board (PESB) held on Thursday, the name of Rajendra Kumar Gupta was finalised.

As many as eight applicants appeared in the interview meeting including Gupta. Out of the eight candidates, four were from Cotton Corporation of India only. One was from SAIL, one from RINL, and one each from Grin-India and BHEL.

Subsequent to the ACC and vigilence clearance, Gupta will take up the charge as the new Director (Finance) of the Schedule B public sector company, Cotton Corporation of India Limited (CCIL).
