The strategic partnership aims to combine the strengths and domain expertise of both organisations to promote inclusive and sustainable growth. While NABCONS brings in its expertise in agriculture, rural development, natural resource management, and capacity building, RITES will contribute its well-established capabilities in infrastructure planning, engineering, and execution across transport and urban development sectors.

The MoU outlines a comprehensive framework for delivering integrated consultancy and project management services across diverse domains, including rural and urban infrastructure, green and sustainable mobility, agri-logistics, climate-resilient development, digital public infrastructure, smart cities, and multimodal transport systems. The collaboration will also encompass water and irrigation projects, third-party inspection services, and AI/IT-enabled infrastructure initiatives.
