New Delhi: State-owned National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) said in a regulatory filing that “Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) emerges as the Lowest Bidder (L1) for a project from National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) for Construction of Six Lane Elevated Kona Expressway from 0.145 kilometres to 7.337 kilometres of NH-117 in the state of West Bengal on EPC mode.”

As per the filing, the cost of the project is Rs 720.67 crores. The time period for completion of the project is 910 days.
