The third cohort builds on the success of the first two editions of the programme. The educational immersion combines classroom-based learning with real-world industry and leadership experiences, with the curriculum focusing on key challenges facing the public sector.
The programme covers areas including purpose-driven leadership, digital and artificial intelligence-enabled transformation, and strategic renewal. It is aimed at enabling participants to engage with leading enterprises and strengthen their leadership strategies to respond to a rapidly evolving business and governance environment.
DAKSH, or Development of Aspiration, Knowledge, Succession & Harmony, is a 12-month immersive learning programme designed to equip public sector leaders with strategic, behavioural and transformational competencies needed to address emerging challenges in the public sector.
The programme seeks to foster a future-ready leadership ecosystem across public sector enterprises by combining structured academic learning with practical and industry exposure.
