The corporation intends to enhance its reach to each and every state of the country and augment its technology licensing activities. In order to do so the Corporation engaged Franchisee for licensing of the technologies offered by it on a pilot mode.

The agreements have been signed by NRDC’s Chairman & Managing Director (CMD) Dr H Purushotham with six agencies. These franchises are from Vishakhapatnam, Noida, Gurugram, Jaipur, Hyderabad and Nazvid (AP) and would be operating from these places for generating business leads for the corporation in the transfer of technologies offered by it.

If the pilot is successful this model would be scaled up.
