New Delhi: Oil India Limited (OIL), India's second-largest national exploration and production company, celebrated International Women's Day across its offices on March 8. As a part of celebrations, women employees of the corporate office, Noida were felicitated by OIL's Chairman & Managing Director (CMD) Sushil Chandra Mishra in the presence of other Directors on the Board of OIL, followed by a workshop on 'Nutrition for Superwomen' by Dr Anita Jatana, Dietician & Nutritionist, Apollo Hospital.

At Field's Headquarters, Duliajan, Assam, a grand function was organised by Women in Public Sector (WIPS) cell, OIL in which the employees have live interaction with Ms Sanjukta Parashar, a 2006 batch IPS officer from Assam.

Executive and employees union of the company also celebrated Nari Shakti on the occasion of International Women's Day by recognising the contribution of women in their professional journey.
