OPSC Recruitment 2019: Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) has invited applications for the post of postgraduate teachers (Group-B). Interested and eligible candidate can apply for the post before the 25th Sep 2019.

Age limit:

Minimum Age: 21 years

Maximum Age: 32 years

(Relaxation of Age Permissible: 3 years for OBC candidates and 5 years for SC/ST candidates)

SC/ ST/ PH: No Fee

Educational Qualification:

Candidate should have master's degree in the subject concerned from a recognized University at least 50% marks in aggregate or should have two years integrated postgraduate M. Sc. course from the regional college of education NCERT in the concerned subject with minimum 50% marks in aggregate.

Candidate must have B. Ed. or equivalent degree recognized by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTC), New Delhi as equivalent with B. Ed. from recognized University.

Diploma or degree in computer application is desirable qualification subject to production of certificate in support of above qualification from a recognized University, college or Institution.

The Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) is the state agency authorized to conduct the Civil Services Examination for entry-level appointments to the various civil services of Odisha.

OPSC is tasked to conduct given examinations in the state: Odisha Civil Service Examination, Odisha Judicial Service Examination, Odisha Education Services, Junior Lecturers in O.E.S., Asst. Section Officer, Tourist Officer, Asst. Executive Engineer (Civil & Mechanical), Junior Assistant in the Office of OPSC.
