PFC and Department of Official Language organise workshop on Kanthasth & Hindi e-tools

New Delhi: Power Finance Corporation (PFC) organised a technical workshop on Kanthasth (Translation software based on memory) and Hindi e-tools on Thursday at its headquarters in New Delhi. The workshop was organised in association with the Department of Official Language, Ministry of Home Affairs.

The workshop was inaugurated by Secretary (Official Language) Dr Sumeet Jerath (IAS), Joint Secretary (Official Language) Dr Meenakshi Jolly, Director (Technical) Babu Lal Meena, Deputy Director (OL & Technical) Rajesh Srivastava in presence of PFC's Chairman & Managing Director (CMD) Ravinder Singh Dhillon along with PFC's Director (Commercial) Praveen Kumar Singh, Director (Finance) Parminder Chopra and Executive Director (HR, CSR, PR & Rajbhasha) R Murahari were present during the workshop.

During the workshop, R Murahari and PFC's Senior Advisor Kewal Krishna explained the importance of Kanthasth and Hindi e-tools respectively. Around 50 personnel from various departments of the government, banks and paramilitary forces benefitted from the technical workshop.
