Appointments Committee of Cabinet (ACC) has approved the appointments of a number of officers as Joint Secretaries in various Ministries

  1. Jaya Dubey, a Central Civil Services (CSS) officer, has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Department of Administrative Reforms & Public Grievances.
  2. Ashutosh Jindal, an IAS officer of Tripura cadre, 1995-batch, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Cabinet Secretariat.
  3. D Sai Amutha Devi, and Indian Post & Telecommunication Accounts and Finance Service (IP&TAFS) officer of 1995-batch has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Secretary (Security), Cabinet Secretariat.
  4. Mamta Upadhyaya Lal, an Indian Ordnance Factories Service (IOFSA) officer of 1989-batch, has been appointed as Additional DG, BIS under the Department of Consumer Affairs.
  5. Praveen Kumari Singh, an Indian Railway Personnel Service IRPS officer of 1993-batch has been appointed as Additional Secretary (JS level), CVC.
