Anil Kumar Jadli assumes charge as Director (HR) of NTPC

New Delhi: Anil Kumar Jadli has taken over charge as Director (Human Resources) of NTPC Limited on Friday. Prior to this, he was serving as Chief General Manager (HR) in the same organisation. He has been appointed to the post till the date of his superannuation i.e. June 30, 2029, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

Jadli was recommended for the post of Director (HR) of NTPC Limited from a list of 12 candidates, who were interviewed by the PESB selection panel in its selection meeting held on March 27. Subsequently, the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) approved his appointment August 20.

Jadli started his career at NTPC in 1993 as an Executive Trainee and rose to the top echelon of HR functions of the organisation. He is a postgraduate in Organic Chemistry from Garwal University and did his post graduate diploma in Business Management in Human Resource Management from MDI, Gurgaon. He has also received management and leadership training inputs from ESCP-EAP (Paris, Berlin and Turin).
