KG Agarwal set to be next Director (Finance) of RITES Ltd

New Delhi: Krishan Gopal Agarwal is set to be next Director (Finance) of RITES Limited, a PSU under the Ministry of Railways. He has been recommended for the post by the Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) panel on Monday. Presently, he is serving as General Manager in the same organisation.

Agarwal has been recommended for the post of Director (Finance) of RITES Limited from a list of five candidates, who were interviewed by the PESB selection panel in its selection meeting held on April 10. Out of five candidates, three candidates were from RITES Limited and one each from NBCC (India) Limited and Engineers India Limited.

As Director (Finance) of RITES, Agarwal will a member of the board of directors and will report to the Chairman and Managing Director (CMD). He will be overall in-charge of finance and accounts functions of the organisation. He will also be responsible for evolving and formulating related policies and their implementation.
