Meenaxi Rawat (IES) given additional charge as MRPL CVO

New Delhi: The Government has approved the entrustment of additional charge of the post of Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) of Mangalore Refinery & Petrochemicals Limited (MRPL) to Meenaxi Rawat (IES).

Rawat is an Indian Economic Service Officer of 1993 batch. Presently, she is serving as the CVO of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL), Mumbai.

According to an order issued from the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT), Rawat will hold the additional charge for a period of six months with effect from December 12, 2025, or until the appointment of a regular CVO in MRPL or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

Rawat has served in the Government of India for 29 years in Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Railway Board, Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Ministry of Labour & Department of Atomic Energy in the areas of Finance, Budget, Project Appraisal, Consumer welfare, Labour laws, Industrial and Public Policy. She holds M.A. & M. Phil in Economics from University of Rajasthan, Jaipur and MBA from the University of Hull, United Kingdom.
