PESB names Kundan Kumar Mishra for MMTC's Director (Finance) post

New Delhi: Kundan Kumar Mishra is set to be next Director (Finance) of MMTC' Limited, a PSU under the Ministry of Commerce & Industry. He has been recommended for the post by the Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) panel on Wednesday. Presently, he is serving as Additional General Manager at NTPC Limited.

Mishra has been recommeded for the post of Director (Finance) of MMTC Limited from a list of four candidates, who were interviewed by the PESB selection panel, in its 23rd selection meeting held on March 18. Out of four candidates, two candidates were from NTPC and one each from CMPDIL and HUDCO.

As Director (Finance) of MMTC, Mishra will be a member of Board of Directors of the Corporation and will report to the Chairman and Managing Director (CMD). He will be overall in charge of finance and accounts functions of the organisation. He will also be responsible for formulation of policies relating to finance and accounts and implementation.
