PESB picks Daljeet Singh Khatri for HUDCO's Director (Finance) post

New Delhi: Daljeet Singh Khatri is set to be next Director (Finance) of Housing & Urban Development Corporation Limited (HUDCO), a PSU under the Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs (MoHUA). He has been recommended for the post by the Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) Panel on Friday. Presently, he is serving as Executive Director in REC Limited.

Khatri has been recommended for the post of Director (Finance) of HUDCO from a list of 11 candidates, who were interviewed by the PESB selection panel in its selection meeting held on May 24. Out of 11 candidates, four candidates were from PFC Limited, three candidates from HUDCO and one each from REC Limited, CONCOR, HPCL and Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL).

As Director (Finance) of HUDCO, Khatri will be a member of the Board of Director and will report to Chairman. He will be overall in charge of the finance and accounts of the organisation and will be responsible for evolving and formulating policies related to finance and accounts as well as implementation.
