New Delhi: Nagarajan, currently serving as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Company Secretary at Bharatiya Reserve Bank Note Mudran Private Limited (BRBNMPL), has been recommended by the Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) for the role of Director (Finance) at Security Printing & Minting Corporation of India Limited (SPMCIL).

The PESB conducted its selection meeting on December 21, to interview candidates for this crucial leadership position in the Schedule A PSU under the Ministry of Finance. The meeting was held at 2:00 PM and saw a diverse pool of applicants from various public sector enterprises vying for the coveted post.

Key contenders for the position included Anirudh Prasad Singh from MTNL, Mahesh Chand Bansal from NBCC (India) Limited, and Pankaj Kapoor from WAPCOS Limited, among others. Each candidate brought a wealth of experience from their respective roles in finance and leadership across sectors like renewable energy, telecommunications, and chemical industries.

The board found Nagarajan's credentials and professional acumen most aligned with the responsibilities of the Director (Finance) position at SPMCIL. His selection reflects the PESB's commitment to ensuring capable and experienced leaders drive the financial strategies of public sector undertakings.
