PESB recommends Nivedita Dubey for AAI's Member (HR) post

New Delhi: The Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) has recommended Nivedita Dubey for the post of Member (Human Resources) at the Airports Authority of India (AAI), a Schedule ‘A’ Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Civil Aviation.

The selection has been made during the PESB meeting held on Friday. A total of 12 candidates appeared for the interview, including senior officials from AAI and other major public sector undertakings.

Among the candidates interviewed were Rajagopal Prabhu, Executive Director (HRD), AAI; Nandita Bhatt, Executive Director (Planning), AAI; Maya Lavania, Executive Director (Administration), AAI; B. Muralidaran, General Manager, AAI; and Rishykesh Priyadarshy, General Manager (HR), AAI.

Candidates from other PSUs such as Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Ltd (DFCCIL), Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL), Housing & Urban Development Corporation Ltd (HUDCO), and Northern Coalfields Ltd (NCL) also participated.

Currently serving as Regional Executive Director (Eastern Region) at AAI, Nivedita Dubey has been recommended for the key leadership role of Member (HR), which is responsible for steering the organisation’s human resources policies, talent development, and personnel management across India’s vast aviation network.

The recommendation is subject to approval by the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) before the formal appointment.
