
New Delhi: Rajesh Pratap Singh Sisodia is set be next Director (Planning & Projects) of NLC India Limited, a PSU under the Ministry of Power. He has been recommended for the post by the Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) Panel on Tuesday. Presently, he is serving as Executive Director (New and Renewable Business Group) of Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL).
Sisodia has been recommended for the post of Director (Planning & Projects) of NLC India Limited from a list of 12 candidates, who were interviewed by the PESB Selection Panel in its selection meeting held on July 22. Out of 12 candidates, four candidates were from NCL India Limited, two candidates each from BHEL, Damodar Valley Corporation (DVC) and NHPC Limited and one candidate each from Neyveli Uttar Pradesh Power Limited and Engineers India Limited (EIL).
As Director (P&P), Sisodia will be a member of Board of Directors and will report to the Chairman and Managing Director (CMD). He will be responsible for planning including Manpower, Equipment and Systems, programming & scheduling & formulation of mining & power projects as well as expansion schemes, project monitoring & co-ordination.
