New Delhi: Railtel Corporation of India Limited (RailTel) on Thursday informed that it has bagged an order worth Rs 15.76 crore from South Eastern Coalfields Limited (SECL). This order is for providing dedicated uncompressed, unshared symmetric in nature (1:1) Internet Leased Line (ILL) with different bandwidths at 16 SECL command Areas located in Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh states.

The project is for a period of five years for a total value of Rs 15.76 crore (including GST).

In a regulatory filing to the stock exchanges on Wednesday, the PSU said, "this is to inform that RailTel Corporation of India Limited has received work order from South Eastern Coalfields Limited (SECL) for providing dedicated uncompressed, unshared symmetric in nature (1:1) Internet Leased Line (ILL) with different bandwidths at 16 SECL command Areas located in MP and CG states for the period of five years for a total value of Rs 15.76 crore (including GST)."

It is an ICT provider and one of the largest neutral telecom infrastructure providers in the country owning a Pan-India optic fibre network on exclusive Right of Way (RoW) along Railway track.
