REIL wins ‘Best Employer Award – 2018’

Jaipur: The Rajasthan Electronics and Instruments Limited, (REIL) Jaipur awarded the 'Best Employer Award – 2018' by the Employers Association of Rajasthan for the 10th time. The award was presented by Minister of Industry, the government of Rajasthan Parsadi Lal Meena to REIL's Managing Director Dr AK Jain along with REIL officials and staff in a grand ceremony organised at Hotel Clark Amer.

This Best Employer Award has been conferred to REIL, for its continuous progress with its employees in the medium category, for the last 38 years, along with maintaining good industrial relations, execution of high-level health and safety policies and prioritizing employee complaints.

On this occasion, REIL's MD Dr AK Jain said that REIL is continuously working towards making the government of India Make in India, Digital India, National Skill Development, National Dairy Plan, National Solar Mission, e-Mobility, Grid Connected Rooftop Solar and Doubling Farmers Income.

AK Jain emphasized that every industry should strengthen its employee and employer relationships so that a good industrial environment can be created and the targets easily set can be met on time. He said that REIL is committed to the social security, health and labour-welfare policies of its employees. The Company always strives for the upliftment and development of its employees. Due to good industrial relations and positive thinking, the company is progressing progressively and due to the policies of skill development, multitasking and incentives being adopted by the company, employees are always ready to work with their integrity and responsiveness. Describing corporate social responsibility (CSR) as important, Dr Jain said that REIL is fully dedicated to social corporate responsibility.

Dr Jain also appreciated the Employers Association of Rajasthan for their efforts to promote a good industrial environment in Rajasthan.
