RINL-VSP organises management development programme

New Delhi: RINL-VSP Director (Operations) AK Saxena inaugurated a two-day training program on ''Leadership, Team Building & Decision Making" on November 5 being conducted at Management Development Centre, Ukkunagaram.

Saxena in his inaugural address exhorted the participants to be more energetic and to make full use of the program. He said that the job of a leader is to create more leaders and he shared his views on the importance of the concepts of leadership, team building & decision making. He advised the participants to put the learning from this program into practice for the betterment of the organisation.

Around 32 senior executives of RINL are attending the program. The program is being organised by HRD Department-RINL with the help of faculty members from the ISTD-Visakhapatnam Chapter.

RINL-VSP Chief General Manager (HR) K Satyanarayana in his welcome address, gave a glimpse of the training programs being conducted by RINL for its employees. He informed that RINL is organizing both online as well as offline training programs.

Prof. N Sambasiva Rao, Regional Vice-President (South)-ISTD and Dr ORM Rao, Chairman, ISTD-Vizag Chapter spoke about the activities of ISTD and also the role of ISTD in training and Development. Prof. Raja P Pappu, Vice-Chairman, ISTD-Visakhapatnam Chapter gave a brief introduction to the program and its faculty members, Mr Asutosh Tewari and Mrs T Soudamani from GITAM University.  RINL-VSP's Deputy General Manager (MD) J Rahul proposed a vote of thanks.
