Sanjeev Kumar Sharma set to get elevated as STC CMD

New Delhi: Sanjeev Kumar Sharma is set to get elevated to the position of Chairman and Managing Director of State Trading Corporation of India Limited (STC) as his name has been recommended for the post by the Public Enterprise Selection Board (PESB). He is currently serving as Director (Personnel) at STC since July 16, 2014. There was only one other candidate from Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) who was interviewed for the job.

Sharma has also served as STC's Director of Finance since October 31, 2016, until January 03, 2018, and as Director of Human Resources. He has also held the position of Group General Manager of Personnel at STC.
