New Delhi: Vinay Kumar Sharma has been appointed as Additional Director on the Board of Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Limited (IRCTC), a Miniratna PSU under the Ministry of Railways, with effect from November 9, IRCTC said in a regulatory filing to the stock exchanges on Friday. “... it is to inform that in accordance with Articles of Association of the company and applicable provisions of Companies Act, 2013, the Board of Directors of IRCTC has approved the appointment of Vinay Kumar Sharma as Additional Director (Non-Official Independent Director) w.e.f. November 09, 2021,” the company told the bourses.
