Anand Bhaskar (IRS) and Taruna Doliya (IES) appointed DS in Dept of Commerce

New Delhi: The Central Government has recommended the name of these two officers for the appointment as Deputy Secretary in the Department of Commerce.

Anand Bhaskar (IRS) has been selected for the appointment as Deputy Secretary in the Department of Commerce under the Ministry of Finance. According to Personnel Ministry, he has been selected for the appointment under the Central Staffing Scheme for a period of four years with effect from the date of taking over charge of the post or until further orders, whichever event takes place earlier.

Bhaskar is an Indian Revenue Service (IRS) officer of 2010-batch. He was recommended for Central deputation by the Department of Revenue. "He may kindly be relieved of his duties immediately with instructions to take up his new assignment in the Department of Commerce," the order added.

Taruna Doliya (IES): Further, Taruna Doliya (IES) has been selected for the appointment as Deputy Secretary in the Department of Commerce. She has been selected for the appointment under the Central Staffing Scheme for a period of four years from the date of taking over charge of the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

Doliya is an Indian Economic Service (IES) officer of 2011-batch. She was recommended for Central deputation by the Department of Economic Affairs. "She may kindly be relieved of her duties immediately with instructions to take up her new assignment in the Department of Commerce," the order added.
