Anupama (IFS), who was recommended by the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, has been selected for the appointment as Director in the Department of Water and Sanitation, Delhi

New Delhi: Anupama (IFS) has been selected for the appointment as Director in the Department of Drinking Water and Sanitation, Delhi. According to an order issued on May 28, she has been selected for the post under the Central Staffing Scheme (CCS) for a period of five years from the date of taking over charge of the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier. Anupama is an Indian Forest Service (IFS) officer of West Bengal cadre. She was recommended for Central deputation by the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change.

In a separate order issued on the same day, Vinay Kumar Prajapati (IRSSE), who was recommended for Central deputation by the Ministry of Railways, has been selected for appointment as Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of Shipping, Delhi under the Central Staffing Scheme for a period of four years from the date of taking over charge of the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
