Deepak Goel (IRSME) appointed as Director in Coal Ministry

The Central Government has selected the name of Deepak Goel (IRSME) for the post of Director in the Ministry of Coal

New Delhi: Deepak Goel (IRSME) has been selected for appointment as Director in the Ministry of Coal. According to an order issued form the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT), Goel has been selected for the appointment of under the Central Staffing Scheme for a period of five years from the date of taking over charge of the post or until further orders, whichever event takes place earlier.

Goel is an Indian Railway Service of Mechanical Engineers (IRSME) service officer of 2000-batch. He was recommended for Central deputation by the Ministry of Railways. “He may kindly be relieved of his duties immediately with instructions to take up his new assignment in the Ministry of Coal,” the order further added.
