The Govt has approved the appointment of Gaurav Katiyar (IES) as Deputy Secretary in NITI Aayog

New Delhi: The Government of India has approved the appointment of Gaurav Katiyar, IES (2013) as Deputy Secretary in NITI Aayog under the Central Staffing Scheme.

As per an Office Memorandum issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Friday, Katiyar has been selected for the post for a tenure of four years from the date of assumption of charge or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

He was recommended for Central deputation by the Department of Economic Affairs and has been directed to be relieved immediately to enable him to take up his new assignment in New Delhi.
