Purnesh Gururani (IRS) appointed as Director in Textile Ministry

Purnesh Gururani (IRS), who was recommended for the Central deputation by the Department of Revenue, has been selected for the appointment as Director in the Ministry of Textile

New Delhi: Purnesh Gururani (IRS) has been selected for the appointment as Director in the Ministry of Textile, Govt of India. According to an order from the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT), Gururani has been selected for the appointment under the Central Staffing Scheme for a period of five years with effect from the date of taking over charge of the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

Gururani is an Indian Revenue Service (IRS) officer of 2008-batch. He was recommended for the Central Deputation by the Department of Revenue. “He may kindly be relieved of his duties immediately with instructions to take up his new assignment in the Ministry of Textile,” the order further read.
