2 Railway officers get Central deputation in Finance Ministry & MSME Ministry

New Delhi: The government has approved the appointments of two railways services officers at Deputy Secretary and Director Level. Both of the officers were recommended for Central deputation by the Ministry of Railways

Prateek Kumar Singh (IRAS) has been selected for appointment as Deputy Secretary in the Department of Expenditure under the Ministry of Finance. He has been selected for appointment under the Central Staffing Scheme for a period of four years from the date of taking over charge of the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier. Singh is an Indian Railway Accounts Service (IRAS) officer of 2006-batch and currently serving as Senior Divisional Finance Manager at Indian Railways.

Vinamra Mishra (IRSME) has been selected for appointment as Director in the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. He has been selected for appointment under the Central Staffing Scheme for a period of five years from the date of taking over charge of the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier. Mishra is an Indian Railway Service of Mechanical Engineers (IRSME) officer of 2003-batch and currently serving as Deputy General Manager in Northern Railways.
