Reena Nagar (ISS) appointed as DS in Rural Development Department

Reena Nagar (ISS), who was recommended for Central deputation by the Ministry of Statistics & Programme Implementation, has been selected for the appointment as Deputy Secretary in the Department of Rural Development

New Delhi: Reena Nagar (ISS) has been selected for the appointment as Deputy Secretary in the Department of Rural Development under the Ministry of Rural Development. According to an order issued on November 23, from the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT), Nagar has been selected for the appointment under the Central Staffing Scheme for a period of four years from the date of taking over charge of the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

Nagar is an Indian Statistical Service (ISS) officer of 2011 batch. She was recommended for Central deputation by the Ministry of Statistics & Programme Implementation. "She may kindly be relieved of her duties immediately with instructions to take up her new assignment in the Department of Rural Development," the order further read.
