GRSE observes World Environment Day

Kolkata: There are some PSUs that do not let go of a chance to create awareness among their employees and people about social and environmental concerns. GRSE is certainly one of them. June 4 is celebrated as the World Environment Day world over. In order to mark the occasion, Garden Reach Shipbuilders and Engineers Ltd. (GRSE), one of the premier Defence PSUs undertook a sapling plantation drive at their Main Unit on Tuesday.

Rear Admiral VK Saxena, IN(Retd), Chairman & Managing Director actively took part in the drive. Apart from CMD, other senior officials of GRSE were also present at the event where the employees participated with great enthusiasm.
