MIDHANI posts record profit of Rs 130.79 crore in FY26; Q4 profit jumps 38%

MIDHANI has reported its highest-ever annual Profit After Tax (PAT) of Rs 130.79 crore for FY 2025-26

New Delhi: Mishra Dhatu Nigam Limited (MIDHANI) has reported its highest-ever annual Profit After Tax (PAT) of Rs 130.79 crore for FY 2025-26, registering a growth of 18.82 percent over Rs 110.07 crore recorded in the previous financial year.

The Miniratna Defence PSU also posted a strong operational performance during the fourth quarter of FY26, with quarterly PAT rising 38.49 percent to Rs 77.75 crore compared to Rs 56.14 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.

The company achieved its highest-ever annual turnover of Rs 1,208.63 crore during FY26, reflecting a growth of 12.52 percent over Rs 1,074.10 crore recorded in FY25.

MIDHANI’s Value of Production (VoP) for FY26 stood at a record Rs 1,193.92 crore, up 12.04 percent from Rs 1,065.62 crore in the previous financial year.

Profit Before Tax (PBT) for the financial year increased 17.98 percent to Rs 184.09 crore, while EBITDA rose 10.69 percent to Rs 275.59 crore compared to FY25.

For the fourth quarter ended March 2026, MIDHANI reported its highest-ever quarterly turnover of Rs 552.75 crore, registering a growth of 34.63 percent against Rs 410.56 crore in the year-ago period.

Quarterly Value of Production rose 19.15 percent to Rs 392.19 crore, while quarterly PBT increased 38.67 percent to Rs 107 crore during the period under review.

The company said its order book position stood at Rs 2,290 crore as on April 1, 2026, providing healthy business visibility going forward.
