MIDHANI releases ‘Systematic Improvements’ booklet

MIDHANI has released a booklet on systemic improvements, covering several functional areas, on the occasion of Vigilance Awareness Week

New Delhi: As part of preventive vigilance at Mishra Dhatu Nigam Limited (MIDHANI), a
booklet comprising of a compilation of systemic improvements was released on October 31. The suggestions were given by the Vigilance Department of MIDHANI. The booklet also included the actions taken by MIDHANI Management, said a press statement by MIDHANI.

The press release said, "Suggestions for systematic improvement compiled in the
book, range from wide functional areas such as procurement, civil works, recruitment
promotions, polices related to human recourses, finance and security."

Booklet released on the occasion of Vigilance Awareness Week

The press release said that the booklet was compiled under the guidance of Dr Upender Vennam, IPoS, Chief Vigilance Officer, MIDHANI. It was released by Dr Sanjay Kumar Jha, MIDHANI CMD, at a function organised at MIDHANI, Hyderabad, it added.

"The booklet was released on the eve of Vigilance Awareness Week – 2022 which would be observed by MIDHANI from October 31 to November 6 at all its units/offices in Delhi, Kolkata and Rohtak", said the press release.

N Gowri Shankar Rao, Director (Finance), T Muthukumar, Director (Production & Marketing), A Ramakrishna Rao, General Manager (HR), Supartha Sen, General Manager (Planning & Co-ordination) and other senior executives were present during the event.
