NBCC bags an order to construct boundary walls to protect defence lands

NBCC (India) Limited has received work orders to protect defence lands, mainly by constructing boundary walls from DGDE

New Delhi: Navratna PSU NBCC (India) Limited has received work orders to protect defence lands, mainly by constructing boundary walls recently. According to the company, it has been awarded the works of protection of defence lands at various locations across India. The work order has been awarded to NBCC by Directorate General Defence Estates (DGDE).

To execute the work, a memorandum of undertaking has been inked by Directorate General Defence Estates' Deputy Director General (Land) Satyam Mohan and NBCC's Chief General Manager (Engg.) Pradeep Sharma in the presence of Director General, Defence Estates, New Delhi. Senior officials from both organisations were present during the MoU signing.

NBCC, being a major implementing agency of the government, has successfully completed infrastructural development works such as Border Fencing, PMGSY roads, etc.
