DVC kicks off Swachhta Pakhwada 2024 at its Headquarters

Damodar Valley Corporation (DVC) started observation of 15 days long Swachhta Pakhwada at its headquarters

New Delhi: Damodar Valley Corporation (DVC) started observation of 15 day long Swachhta Pakhwada on May 16 at its headquarters with the objective of bringing a fortnight of intense focus on the issues and practices of cleanliness at office spaces and the society in general. DVC's Chairman and the Member (Technical) administered the Swachhta pledge to all senior executives and employees.

Every DVC employee has committed to devoting 100 hours in a year and motivating 100 others in an attempt to progress towards a cleaner and greener future.

A plethora of activities including community clean-up drives, awareness campaigns, in-house cleanliness initiatives, hosting of competitions and events, weeding out of old files, scrap disposal, beautification of scrap etc. are lined up as a part of observation of Swachhta Pakhwada 2024 by DVC.
