Home Minister laid the foundation stone for DDA’s projects

New Delhi: Union Home Minister Amit Shah has laid the foundation stone of Delhi Development Authority's (DDA) Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) based East Delhi Hub integrated development project at Karkardooma Delhi, on December 26.

Other distinguished guests, who were present on the occasion included, Minister for Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA) Hardeep Singh Puri, Lieutenant Governor of Delhi Anil Baijal, Member of Parliament Manoj Tiwari, Member of Parliament Gautam Gambhir and Member of Legislative Assembly OP Sharma.

On this occasion, NBCC Limited's Director (Projects) Neelesh Shah explained the model and details of the project to Ministers and Dignitaries. On behalf of DDA, NBCC shall implement the project as Project Management Consultancy (PMC) and would execute the construction of 1,630 houses in 42 months with an estimated cost of Rs 1393.00 crore.

In addition to this, Home Minister also laid the foundation stone of Bharat Vandana Park at Sector 20, Dwarka, New Delhi, which is also being developed under the consultation of NBCC Limited.
