New Delhi: NTPC Bongaigaon observed Quality Month with the organisation of Quality Pledge ceremonies at both the New Administrative Building and the New Service Building, reinforcing its commitment to fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement across the station.
At the Administrative Building, Arnab Maitra, Head of Project, NTPC Bongaigaon, administered the Quality Pledge to employees and underscored the importance of integrating quality into every aspect of work, from operational efficiency to service delivery and stakeholder engagement. He emphasised that quality is a continuous discipline that drives organisational performance and builds long-term trust.
Simultaneously at the plant, Anurag Gupta, GM (O&M), administered the pledge to departmental representatives in the presence of Ahmed Mustafa Choudhury, AGM (C&I). He highlighted the need for rigorous quality checks, strict adherence to operational standards and collective responsibility to ensure safe, reliable and efficient power generation.
As part of Quality Month, NTPC Bongaigaon has lined up a range of activities and competitions aimed at engaging employees, encouraging innovative thinking, and promoting systemic improvements and accountability across functions.
The observance underscores NTPC Bongaigaon’s ongoing efforts to uphold high operational standards and strengthen its journey toward excellence.
