NTPC Vindhyachal observed the 129th birth anniversary of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose with solemnity and patriotic fervour at its Lake Park premises

New Delhi: NTPC Vindhyachal observed the 129th birth anniversary of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose with solemnity and patriotic fervour at its Lake Park premises. The commemorative programme was organised to pay tribute to the life, courage and supreme sacrifice of the legendary freedom fighter.

The event witnessed the offering of floral tributes led by Satish Kumar, Director (Thermal), Ministry of Power, in the presence of senior NTPC Vindhyachal officials, including Sanjib Kumar Saha, Chief General Manager (Vindhyachal), along with General Managers heading operations, maintenance, medical services, technical services and human resources. Representatives of employee unions and associations also participated in the programme.

Addressing the gathering, the occasion was described as a reminder of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose’s unparalleled contribution to India’s freedom struggle. The programme sought to inspire employees to imbibe Netaji’s ideals of courage, discipline and selfless service in both their professional and personal lives .
