NTPC Vindhyachal hosts station-level professional circle convention

New Delhi: NTPC Vindhyachal successfully organised a Station-Level Professional Circle (PC) Convention on January 19, showcasing its strong culture of knowledge sharing, innovation and professional excellence among executives.

Held under the guidance of NTPC Limited's Chief General Manager (Vindhyachal) Sanjib Kumar Saha the convention saw enthusiastic participation from 18 teams, reflecting enhanced inter-departmental collaboration. The event featured high-quality presentations offering practical insights and innovative solutions with potential for organisational learning and replication.

Following evaluation by a panel comprising M Suresh, GM (Maintenance & ADM); Debabrata Tripathy, GM (TS); and Sunil Mishra, Head of EEMG, Sasan, the top three teams were announced. Team “Sustainability” won the first prize, followed by Team “Pahal” in second place and Team “Nirantar” securing the third prize.

The initiative represents a culture of continuous improvement and aligned closely with the station’s Business Excellence initiatives, contributing meaningfully to NTPC Vindhyachal’s broader organisational objectives.
