CIL recruitment 2019: Coal India Limited (CIL), a Maharatna PSU under the administrative control of Ministry of Coal, has invited online applications from young, energetic and dynamic persons for the post of Management Trainee in different disciplines. Eligible candidates can apply before January 19, 2020.

Name of posts: Management Trainee in Mining, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Coal Production, Systems, Materials Management, Finance & Accounts, Personnel & HR, Marketing & Sales and Community Development

Number of vacancies: 1,326 posts

Commencement of online applications: December 21.

Last date to applying: January 19, 2020

Age limit Minimum age: 18 years Maximum age: 30 years (Age relaxation as per rules)

Application fee: Unreserved and OBC candidates have to pay Rs 1,000/- (Non-refundable)

SC/ST/PwD and Employees of Coal India: No fee

Mode of applying: Online through Coal India's Official website, no other mode of application will not be accepted

Pay scale: Rs 50,000 per month

Education Qualification: B.Sc., B.Tech, CA or ICWA, (BE) engineering graduate in relevant fields and candidates who have a Diploma in the relevant fields are eligible.

Selection process: Selection process will be followed by the Computer Based Online Test (CBT). Candidates will be called for the CBT after the verification of documents and eligibility criteria. CBT will be held at test cities as mentioned in the online application. Shortlisted candidates in the CBT will be called for the personal interview.

Service Agreement bond: Appointed candidates are required to serve the company for a minimum period of 60 months from the date of joining the company. The candidates will be required to execute a service agreement bond of ` 3 Lakhs (Rupees Three Lakhs) for the same at the time of joining.

Medical Examination: Before the appointment, the selected candidates will have to undergo Initial Medical Examination (IME) by the company's Medical Committee, as per the Medical Attendance Rules of the company. The decision of the Medical Committee will be final and binding. The candidates are advised to go through the CIL's Medical Attendance Rule available on CIL's website and ensure that they meet the medical/physical standard to avoid any disappointment in IME.
