Balmer Lawrie & Co Ltd recruitment 2019: Balmer Lawrie & Co Ltd (BLC) has invited applications for the post of Director (Services Business) and the last date to apply is July 26. The date of vacancy for the post is March 1, 2020. Director (Services Business) is a member of the Board of Directors and reports to the Chairman and Managing Director. They are responsible for providing direction and guidance to the Business under his charge i.e.; Corporate Travel Management and Holidays, Logistics Services and Logistics Infrastructure, Environment Scanning, formulation and implementation of business strategies along with identification of appropriate technologies in the relevant areas.
The applicant should be a graduate from a recognised University/ Institute with a good academic record.
Applicants with PG Degree/Diploma in Management will have added advantage.
The applicant should have adequate managerial experience at a senior level in an organisation of repute.
Experience in service sector especially in Airlines / Shipping / Multi-modal transport / Logistics services would be desirable.
