HPCL launches its packaged drinking water REMINERO

Bengaluru: HPCL Limited always comes up with an idea in the market that is innovative and useful. There are lacs of people who come and buy a water bottle from petrol pumps. But it is only HPCL that thought of converting it into a business opportunity and launching its own packaged bottled water brand. This first of a kind initiative is called REMINERO.

HPCL's ED-Retail, G.S.V. Prasad launched REMINERO, branded packaged drinking water by HPCL, in Bengaluru & Mysuru markets on 28th March 2019" the press release sent by HPCL on Wednesday informed.

It further read "Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) has been in the forefront of offering varied customer services at its Retail Outlet network and the offering of pure drinking water at retail outlets has been one such offering".

One of a kind initiative

REMINERO was initially launched in Hyderabad during Sept.'2018 in a 1st of its kind Customer-Centric Initiative by any Oil PSU in the country. Viewing this as a veritable new opportunity and a natural progression of the business, albeit into new & uncharted territory, HPCL has embarked to launch its own branded packaged drinking water at retail outlets in different geographies. This offering, being a value-added service to the customers visiting HPCL's Retail Outlets, would mark a completely new shift by providing the most basic necessity of pure, safe and healthy packaged drinking water to the public at large.
