Manoj Mathur takes charge as Director (Solar) at SECI

Mathur has served as ED at NTPC Limited and comes with over 35 years of experience in all key elements of electricity value chain

New Delhi: Manoj Mathur has assumed charge as Director (Solar) at Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited (SECI). Prior to this, he was serving as Executive Director (Commercial) at NTPC Limited. He holds a BSc degree in Engineering (Mechanical), LLB and MBA (Finance), with more than 35 years of experience in all key elements of electricity value chain — generation (thermal, gas, hydro and renewable), thermal and renewable project construction and commissioning, power trading, contracts, commercial, consultancy, UMPP Bidding process and ongoing reform process in the sector.
