NBCC, HSCL together pay govt Rs 88.45 cr in dividend

New Delhi: NBCC (India) Ltd, a Navratna CPSE under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA), paid a final dividend of Rs 77.14 crore on October 29 to the government for FY 2018-19. On the same day, Hindustan Steelworks Construction Limited (HSCL), a subsidiary of NBCC, also paid a final dividend of Rs 11.31 crore to the government.

The dividend cheques of Rs 77.14 crore by NBCC and Rs 11.31 crore by HSCL was handed over to Hardeep Singh Puri, Minister of State for Housing and Urban Affairs by PK Gupta, Chairman & Managing Director of NBCC, at a function held at the Ministry.

Other distinguished guests who graced the occasion included Durga Shanker Mishra, IAS, Secretary (MoHUA), Shiv Das Meena, IAS, Additional Secretary (MoHUA), Functional Directors of NBCC — Rajendra Chaudhari, Director (Commercial), NK Shah, Director (Projects), BK Sokhey, Director (Finance) of NBCC and HSCL.
