New Delhi: Hyderabad-based Navratna mining PSU NMDC Limited has signed a memorandum of agreement (MoA) with World Boxing Champion, Nikhat Zareen to represent NMDC as its brand ambassador. Epitomising strength, a quality that is indispensable to NMDC, the company has chosen to be represented by someone who shares their commitment to bring honour to the country.

NMDC is gearing up to become an iron and steel powerhouse and as we transform to NMDC 2.0, our brand ambassador must communicate fortitude and agility. Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games Gold Medalist Nikhat Zareen represents the strength, courage, agility and national pride that goes with the brand of NMDC. She also represents the hopes and aspirations of New India and NMDC must become a part of her journey to the 2024 Olympics. NMDC is wholeheartedly extending its support to her as she trains and prepares for Olympics 2024.

Narrating her journey of becoming a World Champion boxer, Nikhat said, "It is an honour for me to join hands with NMDC in bringing laurels to the country. I am grateful to them for supporting me in training for the 2024 Olympics and I am committed to making my parents and the country proud."
